Elderly patient came in surprisingly asymptomatic with this #EKG. Eventually became more unstable requiring transcutaneous pacing. Ultimately needed transvenous #pacer.

#Constipation is NO JOKE! Saw a patient with acute #renalfailure 2/2 constipation. Feces causing #obstruction. #Creatinine was over 5. #Foley drained 2L fluid from #bladder. Kid looked pregnant.

Apparently neurointervention for ischemic #stroke isn't up to 8 hours. Neuro says it may come down completely to #penumbra size?
